Registration & Visitation
As of March 18, 2020, registration and visitation rules have changed to protect inmates and their loved ones during the COVID-19 outbreak.
At this time, there are no in-person visits for family and friends due to the COVID-19 situation. Video visitation is available; details can be found below.
Registration
- All visits through the video visitation system (on-site and remote) require the visitor to establish a user account.
- Accounts may be created via:
- Smart phone app
- Online at securustech.net (click below)
For Family and Friends:
- Visits through glass will be delayed until the ban on visitor visitation is lifted by the Ohio Department of Corrections.
- On-site video visitation is available at no charge. NOTE: Currently suspended due to COVID-19 outbreak
- Remote video visitation is available. NOTE: Remote video visitation may be temporarily suspended in certain housing units, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
- One visit per inmate per week at no charge; promotional period ends 30 days after implementation. (Expires July 31, 2020)
- Additional unlimited visits for inmates available at a charge of $5 for 25-minute increments (Additional fees apply for credit/debit card).
- All units have extended remote evening hours.
- Limited units have remote weekend hours.
For Attorneys:
- Contact visits, visits through glass (with/without paper chutes), and visits via on-site video will continue. NOTE: Contact visits and/or visits through glass (with/without paper chutes) may be temporarily suspended in certain housing units, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Video visits will continue.
- Visits via remote video are available at a charge of $5 for 25-minute increments. (Additional fees apply for credit/debit card).
- Visits involving the transfer of documents and materials are subject to re-review.
Redeeming Securus Free Remote Session Coupon Codes (videovisitanywhere.com)
- Inmates have been provided a coupon code for a free remote video visit.
- Each coupon code is valid for one free session per week and will expire on July 31, 2020.
- Family and friends will have the option to enter the inmate’s coupon code when scheduling remote visits, which will waive the remote visit session fee.
- If you were provided the coupon code information, you must also enter credit card information as well as the coupon code; however, you will not be charged.
NOTE: If family or friends have credit(s) for a rescheduled remote session, all credits must be utilized prior to activating or applying an online code.
