Euclid Jail-Comprehensive Program Center


On Monday, November 6, 2017 the Euclid Jail Annex will begin using the new Securus Video Visitation system for all friends and family visits with inmates – both on-site and remote.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Public/On-Site visits for inmates housed at the Euclid Jail Annex will be conducted at the Cuyahoga County Corrections Center, Visitation Lobby Area.

Please read the following video visitation rules completely. Not knowing the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for not following them. Violating video visitation rules may result in expulsion from visiting and/or the pursuance of criminal charges if applicable.

The Euclid Jail is dedicated as a Comprehensive Program Center for male Inmates who qualify for services. Comprehensive Program Center services is a voluntary pre and post release employment and job readiness program for male adult individuals serving court sentences with the County jail and housed at the Euclid facility.

Funded in part from a U.S. Department of Labor grant; Comprehensive Program Center services is a collaborative partnership that includes Cuyahoga County Corrections, OhioMeansJobs, Towards Employment, Cuyahoga County Office of Reentry, Recovery Resources, Project Learn, and Edwin’s Leadership Institute, and Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry.

Pre-Release and Reentry Services at the Euclid jail include:
  • Employment Assessment
  • Individual Success Plan
  • Career Exploration
  • Job Readiness Skills Training
  • ABLE/GED classes
  • Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse Counseling Services
  • Thinking for a Change workshops (cognitive choices, social skills, and problem solving)
  • Culinary Arts Training which results in a 3-year Servsafe Food Handler certification through the National Restaurant Association.

Post release, offenders will continue to receive ongoing services including job readiness training, job placement and retention, case management as well as additional supportive services to help them successfully reenter the community and find employment.
